Sheila F. Davies, PhD is the Director of Dare County Health and Human Services. Michelle Hawbaker, LCMHC, LCAS, CCS is the Supervisor of PORT Dare County, a clinical rehabilitative provider of mental health services in Eastern NC. Both were kind enough to answer a few questions submitted on behalf of Dare and Currituck (and surrounding) County residents.
